Mission Bay Library 20th Birthday Celebration

The Mission Bay Library celebrates 20 years since its opening in July 2006. Join San Francisco Public Library (SFPL) staff at the Mission Bay Library for a day of community, history, and fun. Enjoy All-Ages Activities such as Storytime, the library’s most popular program; a slice of a birthday cake; and get your face painted while listening to music. Explore the library’s unique vinyl record collection, take in the beautiful views of Mission Creek, and connect with neighbors, staff, and local partners.

The schedule of activities includes:

• All Day | Button-making and creative fun

PLUS, a New Exhibition — featuring photos, art and memorabilia from the personal papers of Blanche Pastorino, Mission Bay community member and owner of Galerie de Blanche (1959–1988) and Blanche’s Garden (1988–1998).
