Teddy Bear Clinic at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital

Join UCSF Mission Bay outpatient child life specialists for a FREE Teddy Bear Clinic — an event where children role-play as medical providers, explore medical equipment, and learn about common medical experiences to normalize the hospital environment and reduce fears and misconceptions.

All children receive a teddy bear and journey through different outpatient areas, with booths representing Radiology, the Emergency Department, and more. Suggested ages: 2–8, but all ages are welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
