900 7th St: Keep the Housing Option Alive

The MBNA Board of Directors unanimously approved this formal request sent to the San Francisco Planning Commission and Planning Department on August 26, 2026.
It asks Planning to study how much housing 900 7th St could support, and to begin the rezoning work that would keep that option open, before the City acts on the proposed delivery facility.
